Standard cleaning is intended for homes that are already relatively clean and maintained on a regular basis. It focuses on routine tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and wiping commonly used surfaces according standard cleaning checklist.
Deep cleaning is a more detailed and thorough service recommended for homes that have not been professionally cleaned for a while or require extra attention. It includes everything in standard cleaning plus additional tasks such as cleaning baseboards, removing built-up grime, detailed bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and addressing hard-to-reach or neglected areas according deep cleaning checklist.
If the home requires a more thorough cleaning:
deep cleaning may be recommended
the appointment may be rescheduled
the company may decline the service if the amount of work exceeds the scheduled time
Exact arrival time cannot be guaranteed.
A 15-minute arrival window is used.

if the appointment is scheduled for 8:00 AM, the cleaner may arrive any time before 8:15 AM
If the cleaning requires more time than scheduled:
the client will be notified 30 minutes before the scheduled end time

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations are subject to a $30 fee
If the cleaner arrives and cannot access the home, the full cleaning cost will be charged.
If something is damaged during the cleaning:
the company will notify the client and assist with repair or replacement
The client must report any damage within 24 hours.
The company is not responsible for items that were already unstable or improperly secured.
